Applesauce

This is Peter as a 4 month old, developing an keen interest in homemade applesauce, hot off the press.


And the love is still there...


This year, Tim has taken the whole operation outside, with two big kettles cooking and ice to cool the sauce pre-freezer. So efficient, he doesn't need my help...*smirk*

Peter is learning to be a BIG help...rinsing the apples, handing them up to daddy to be cut, turning the saucemaker crank, moving ice from one bucket to another, spraying daddy...oh wait...ya, that's helpful too. ;)
