Thai Chicken Pizza



Most delicious meal so far this week.

I used a Boboli pizza crust. And since Peter has a peanut allergy, we didn't use peanut sauce or crushed peanuts. But still...really tasty!

He thought so too.



My recipe:

     one thin crust Boboli pizza crust
     6 tablespoons Classico Roasted Garlic Alfredo sauce
     four pieces of Fri-Chik, sliced into strips
     2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
     1/2 cup shredded carrots
     1/4 cup sliced green onions
     1/2 cup sliced snow peas
     1 teaspoon sesame oil
     1 cup (or more) bean sprouts
     cilantro (as much as you like)

Spread the alfredo sauce on the crust, top with chicken and mozzarella and bake at 475 degrees F for 8-10 minutes (until lightly browned). Prepare vegetables, mix together with sesame oil, and arrange on hot pizza when it's done. Eat!
