Let Us Adore Him
We start listening to Christmas music in early November. YEP! When the early mornings have a distinct chill and it feels like we need lyrical warmth, it's time. But we're not playing the tinny Jingle Bell Rock, no way. There's a time for that [that 3.5 minutes on Christmas morning when it's time to get up and get blood flowing]. These days, we're listening to guitars plucking out the strains of Hark the Herald Angels Sing and O Come All Ye Faithful and O Come Let Us Adore Him.
Because really -- these are worship songs. There's no need to relegate them to the two month period preceding December 25th.
Listen to these lyrics and consider how God wants us to come to him.
With adoration, with praise, with gratitude. All year round.
Come, Let Us Adore Him
For He Alone is Worthy
We'll Give You All the Glory
