Teaching piano lessons...to myself!

It's been a very long time since I've had any formal piano lessons and my scales and arpeggios are getting rusty! So today I decided that I will teach myself - forget looking for the elusive experienced yet inexpensive teacher who will meet all my needs. I have theory books, technic books, and an assortment of grade 8 & 9 music to choose from. So I chose four pieces, two scales, two studies and a bunch of theory and technic to keep me busy this month. I'll have lessons on Wednesday mornings and we'll see if there's any improvement! I've still got that goal of teaching little cuties beginning piano - most likely that dream will take place in a few more years. But for now, I'll keep plunking away at those ivories!
