My Valentine

Tim and I managed to have a pretty romantic/fun evening, minus Peter (thanks Carolyn and family)! We decided to ditch the stereotypical "dinner and a movie" scene and went to Winco to load up on creative food items like chocolate-covered almonds, Martinellis, string cheese, strawberries and chocolate pudding, and "just add water" Chinese takeout and went to the mall food court for a romantic dinner for two! We grabbed some tableware and fake candles at the Dollar Tree to create ambience and had ourselves quite a feast! Not too many funny looks... :) I wish we had taken some pictures, but alas -- forgot the camera. Here's something to wet your appetite (if only it had been this fancy...maybe next year).
