Hummusing with the Hummuser

What a lot of garbanzoes! I'm a bit concerned about Tim -- lately he's been in the kitchen spending a lot of time with these "chick" peas. Hmmm...an affair with a legume. Sorting and cleaning, soaking in warm water, turning up the heat until they're mush. OK -- sorry! It's just been really funny to watch him make GALLONS of hummus! It's become a pretty big project and it seems like each batch gets more garlicy than the last! Hope none of the wedding guests mind having explosive breath!
