Tired Muscles
I have some sore muscles today! With an early morning bike ride (30 mins) to the gym for 20 mins of weight lifting, a 45 min walk around the big block, swimming lessons with Peter, and then 30 mins of Pilates (with Peter sitting on my stomach or lying on my back (LOL), I've almost met my daily goal for myself! If I can convince myself to step into those rollerblades again tonight...
