Balloon Rockets
A fun science project to do while dad's home on Labor Day.
We started with a nice big balloon. Taped to a straw on a taut string.
Then we tried little water balloons. They didn't go as far, but they were certainly faster!
Then, leave it to Tim, we tried a pop bottle. It flew down the string, hit the stove and danced around the kitchen a bit before settling to the floor. A bit too much air pressure??
