October Goals
Make costumes for my kids -- lil skunk for Ezra and a can of tomato juice (or perhaps more simply, a tomato) for Peter
Do a little fall decorating {now that I'm finally in the mood} -- this pumpkin has me intrigued, this post gets me all giddy about modpodge and cinnamon sticks, and this post brings it all home. I want my home to smell like fall, look like fall, feel like fall. Cozy, toasty, spicy, orange.
Catch up with the Playful Parenting book club -- I haven't even ordered the book yet. Shame.
Start something new called "Tuesdays Unwrapped". It's a photo blog -- a picture taken on an ordinary day of a very ordinary something, something simple that speaks. Something that would probably be left unnoticed. Something that I really am thankful for. Something simply beautiful. To keep my ever-shifting focus on the positive in life. Look for it next Tuesday.
Make a fall reading list and read in every spare minute, for the pure joy!
Do a little Internet shopping for my oldest boy who is growing out of all his clothes. And needs a new larger pair of snow-boots for soon-to-come snowshoeing adventures.
And, take more pictures. Since this blog has turned into just-too-many-words lately.
