Adventuring: Camping in the Redwoods

We slept so well Wednesday night, even with rain pitter-patting all night. The large trees slowed many of the rain drops before they reached our tarps. And we were set up on soft mossy ground covered with pine needles. Very nice.

Everyone was dry in the morning. Well -- except for the inside of Peter's sleeping bag. A little too much for the night-time diaper to hold. :)

Glad we had coin laundry handy. And quarters.

We enjoyed the Sky Trail...especially Peter. He had one arm up in the air {pretending to be a tram car} much of the hike back to the car. He loved watching the motor/gears/mechanics of it.
