What would life be without home grown tomatoes?

Only two things

That money can't buy

And that's true love

And home grown tomatoes.

Growing tomatoes from seed has been just a bit like gestation for me. Well, not really at all. But I feel like I've brought them into the world and have quite a bit of motherly attachment.

But yes, it is time. They have moved off our windowsills {which are looking quite bare now} and into their allotted spaces outside. We are very proud of them and wish them all the best in their new location. We know it is a bit early in the season, but it's a risk we are willing to take. Hoping for the longest producing season yet. 

Because something this beautiful, something this home grown, something this green is priceless.
