Gonna Miss This: Backseat Snoozes
Peter insists that he doesn't ever sleep in the car. Not ever.
And on more than one occasion, Ezra has fallen asleep with a cracker in his hand.
Funny watching his eyelids slowly close as he chews.
Then his hands slowly fall into his lap.
They probably won't be slumbering in the backseat in five years.
I'm gonna miss this.

So often we think of parenting as a messy job -- poop, tantrums, and screaming.
You bet. But you know what? There are a thousand things we will miss. A Thousand.
So take a picture, write a poem or prose, share an anecdote -- remind yourself of the things you don't want to forget.
And then blog about it. Inspire yourself, inspire others.
